He completed his neurology residency at Riverside Community Hospital and the University of California, Riverside, where he developed a solid foundation in general neurology and acquired extensive hands-on experience in diagnosing and managing neurological conditions. Driven by a passion for neuromuscular disorders, Dr. Boutros pursued a fellowship in neuromuscular medicine at the prestigious University of California, Los Angeles.
