Meet Dr. V. Raghav Aachi

V. Raghav Aachi, MD, MS: A Specialist in the field of Neurology

Dr. Aachi is a board-certified neurologist with a sub-specialty training in vascular neurology. After completing his medical school training in India, he came to the United States to pursue a master's in Biological Sciences at Portland State University in Oregon. During this time, he was involved in various cardiovascular biology research projects and successfully defended his Master’s thesis. He then joined the Parkinson’s Institute in Sunnyvale, California, where he was actively involved in both clinical and pre-clinical research projects pertaining to Parkinson’s disease. His continued interest in neurosciences led him to pursue a residency in neurology and a fellowship in vascular neurology. During his clinical practice, he was not only involved in managing diverse neurological conditions but also spent quality time educating nursing staff and emergency medical services personnel in stroke management.
